The Wisconsin wing of the CAF is holding it's first Gathering of Warbirds event at Waukesha's Crites Field (KUES). There has been a great deal of work put in to this by the wing, stop by and enjoy!

Although the morning started out with rain and it was cloudy most of the day, it seemed like a very successful show. The skies even cleared enough to get many of the aircraft up. The ramp looked great with all of the visitor and home based warbirds: The CAF SNJ and PT26, plus P-51, T-6's, Harvard, PT-17, T-28, DHC-1, T-34, T-37, a pair of L-4's, CJ-6, (I think that was all...). Plus, a great visit by a BT-13, the Fagen P-40, the Warbird Heritage F-86, a Mig-17, and even a Canadian C-130! Really cool to see 2 F-86's and the Mig-17 in flight together.
