Did anyone else make it to this show? It is an incredible place to see a show. The flightline goes on and on. I arrived at the show around noon [waaay late] and was still able to sit in the front row. And it was a cool day and nothing but dark blue skies. Perfect for Photography! Some of the performers: F-86 Dale "Snort" Snodgrass (Flying Ed Shipley's Plane - Don't know why.) B-25J "Panchito" HF (A-10, F-86) Yak-3 "Red Heat" & Yak-9 L-39 (Art Nalls) Patty Wagstaff Red Eagles The Skytypers (6 SNJ-2) F-14 and A-10 Blue Angels w/Fat Albert I posted my shots to the site here, just select the '2005 Patuxent River NAS, MD' : community.webshots.com/user/silvem |
