The Checkertail Clan 65 year Grand Family Reunion will be September 23-26 2010 with headquarters at the Embassy Suites Dulles - North/Loudoun, 44610 Waxpool Road, Dulles, VA. Room rate until August 15 is $85/night double room. Cooked to order breakfast each morning and manager's cocktail reception each evening. Kathy Cluff, daughter of Jack Evans, one of the greatest guys you'll ever meet, is ram-rodding plans for the reunion. Plans are to record, scan, and collect memorabilia to be submitted to the Library of Congress Veterans History Project.
