Found out that RG Spitfire will no longer be able to attend due to prop maintenance, it will be replaced with their Hurricane. Also, a MH-53 from the AWSTS out of Norfolk Virginia have been added to the static display! |

Hello all - here are some pictures from the Windsor airshow this past weekend. The weather was not so great...cloudy, rainy, dark... Other than the weather, the show was good. Lots of different types of airplanes flying, with a nice selection of Canadian based warbirds  . There were several no-shows, including the AWACs from the UK  bummer... I highly recommend this airshow, and hopefully it will continue to grow. This one was a first for me, very cool  Viper North MiG  Canadian F-18 (not the full demo, just passes)  Sweet P-51  A static helo you don't see everyday  Snowbird 11 pullin' the gear quick   These guys were a lot of fun to watch!  Too bad it was so cloudy  Canadian Harvards   The mighty Lanc   Does anyone know if they've ever asked the Yankee Air Museum to participate? Thx |

Great pictures! I'll get to putting some up at some point. I believe they were contacted but had prior comitments for the weekend. Could be wrong though.... |
