Does anyone have any info on when the online tickets will be available? Who all will be going either with/by plane or by car?

I've been trying to contact Midland by E-mail for 4 months. No joy. Tried calling them today, just want to pay my dues. Apparently they got so many new members at Oshkosh they don't want my money, and can't even answer the phone.
