Hello, We have three or possibly four seats left to go to OSH in either a Beech C-45H or a Canadian 3NM Navigation trainer Beech 18. I still haven't decided which one we will be taking but both are great aircraft to fly across country. We are leaving from Stockton, California (near Sacramento, San Francisco and San Jose) on Sunday the 22nd of July and will be flying back home on the 29th. The price also includes accommodations in a beautiful house near Oshkosh that is like a resort in itself. It has two private lakes, one for fishing and one for boating and swimming. Everyone who comes along will get to share flying time in the Beech 18 and I will gladly sign off any dual instruction that you might want. At about 12 hours flying each way this will be the cheapest Twin Beech dual you will ever find. The price will depend on how many people come along. The more people that go the cheaper it is for everyone. The price range will be about $1600 to $1900 each seat. We will have a hard number when we have a final tally. This price includes the gas for the Beech out and back, the accommodations in the beautiful house for the week and one rental car for us to share. I should be able to get us all into the EAA grounds so you might not have to buy passes but no guarantees. You need to provide; your own food, (big beautiful kitchen in the house for you to cook if you like) drinks and transportation should you not want to go in early and stay late. If you haven't been to Oshkosh then beware! It is addicting! It is like returning to an aviation Mecca each year. We have been going for 15+ years and it is always a blast. Come along and have a great time. We park in the Warbird area and usually have a great spot where you can hang out in the shade under the wing and watch the show. E-mail or PM me if you want more information. I have photos of the house and the Beech if you would like to see more. Bring the wife or girlfriend along as the house is so nice if anyone gets tired they can relax there instead of going to the show each day. I will be flying the Beech to the EAA show in Arlington tomorrow so I may not be able to check e-mail very often. I will be back from AWO on Wednesday July 18th. Thanks, Taigh Ramey taigh@twinbeech.com |
