This coming weekend, Sat only May 12 in Coricana Texas, just south of Dallas is an airshow of CAF and EAA types. My plane is at Galveston at LSFM, and I plan/hope to go down Thur to wash it and fly up to Corsicana on Friday. Hope the weather cooperates.

Me too. I asked a pilot friend what sights there were to see in Corsicana, and he answered "none". Nevertheless the people seem nice, and there is no control tower to deal with and maybe less snakes in Corsicana.

Corsicana has the best fruitcake bakery in the world.....LOL.....actually it is very good and you can buy other baked goods besides fruitcake. But I can't think of anything else there except some very good friends with the CAF unit.
