Hey,
I just got out of jury duty and I stopped at a local airport rest for lunch.
After reading Ryan K.s tattoo article I looked in the checkpoints section of the Atlantic Flyer. I saw this....
There is a pancake breakfast at Skylark Airport on Feb 21st, 8:30 to 11:00am. Meet for breakfast and hit the museum, you know.

Its not an open cockpit day at NEAM and it seems to be the end of the local school vacation week, but it seems interesting.
Any better ideas?
