Anyone attending the Victory Days event in Terre Haute, Indiana this weekend? I'll be there with my son on Friday. Look for me in my "Little Demon" A-2 jacket.

Great day for an air show today! Gotta love these warbird shows. Lots of flying, many photo opportunities. If you are anywhere close to TH, you should go tomorrow, if at all possible.

Unfortunately, the show was a bust today.
They cancelled the waivered times & fuel allotments due to very low public attendance. Very-very too bad. Great warbird turnout & re-enactor participation. Plus great weather for 3 days! Nice location & logistics on the part of the organizers.

We drove all the way from Arizona and boy was it worth it! We had a blast! I hope they do more advertising or something so there will be no problems next year.

The show is joining forces with the Terre Haute Air Fair next year, but the event will be the same.

Next years dates are September 18-20!

Joining forces with the Air Fair should definitely help attendance and make it a better experience next year. I think this one's only going to get better.
