I'll keep posts regarding forum status and changes here, out of the way.
Newest Feature/Function
- Sorted our how to put the advert banner in the forum (trust me, this is necessary because thats how the funding to support the site improvements is generated)
- Sorted out the problem with uploading avatars, you should have no problem. Make sure to keep them 80pixels by 80pixels and under 6kb or you might get an error.
- Fixed the header gfx temporarily, a new one will be built this weekend. The old one was causing annoyingly wide screens.
Fixed on May 01, 2004
- Sorted out the Avatar Gallery feature. Have include a couple of planes and a bunch of animated flags for those of you that do not wish to use personalized avatars. If your flag is not present the private message me (press the PM button below) and I will see about installing your flag.
- Redesigned the gateway page, moving the advert bar to the right (should help some of the people with smaller screens)
In The Works
- Found a module for the forum software that will allow pictures to be uploaded into the messages from your harddrive. I will be testing this out in a dummy forum this week and I'll keep you all updated on the progress.
