Just got this email from TOM, same drive-in format, 2 shows/day. Makes no difference to me, I'll be at Oshkosh.

"Guess what's roaring back onto the horizon? That's right, Thunder Over Michigan 2024 is gearing up for another sky-high show!

Mark your calendars and set those alarms: Ticket sales are blasting off on Monday, November 13th, at 10 AM sharp. You don't want to miss the first pick at tickets! The earlier you buy, the better your deal; standard tickets start at $99/vehicle and increase to $199 as more people buy.

Speaking of great deals, we've got some thrilling news: the fan-favorite Bomber Club and Fighter Club are back! These exclusive seats have always sold out, and for good reason – they're simply the best way to immerse yourself in the thunderous action. Get more bang for your buck with a VIP level experience!

Thunder Over Michigan 2024 takes place July 20th and 21st. Can't wait to see you and your crew there!"

Can the Great War Museum Sopwith 1 1/2 Strutter be too far behind?

There is a newish build.Fokker D VII ( I think) at.NWM in Geneseo New York.

Nice, pretty much the whole fleet. It's too bad the Sopwith Camel isn't ready yet.

I received an e-mail (2/24/24) from Thunder about about a 24 hour ticket sale starting at 8:00 AM Saturday morning and ending Sunday at 8:00 AM. Sale price is reflected in check-out.

It is a full day show - no 2 show morning/afternoon format, with a general admission and tailgate parking option.

Wow are ticket prices high, even with the sale price. Just for 2 people (x2 - $55) and general parking (x1 - $35) almost $160. Have costs for hosting an air show really gone up that much, or is Yankee that greedy? I think I'll volunteer on the flight line at a local air show to get my fix in for the year.
