A lot of it is the same stuff as previous years, but that XP-82 has me heading out there one of the days. Both days though are calling for a chance of rain as of now.

If anybody takes pictures or video for this show let me know. I would like to experiment with Airshow reports for warbirds.tv!
Thanks.

Do the Starfighter(s) still make an appearance at this show?

Who is the surprise performer mentioned in the flyer?

Rumor on the VAC facebook page by posters that the XP-82 had a mechanical problem and isn't coming. It's not on the schedule anymore, anyone know anything? That is kind of my make or break decision for driving from Orlando. Otherwise it's a lot of the same past acts and not so good weather to boot. I would go in no matter what weather conditions to see the XP-82, but otherwise unless it is sunny probably won't go unless there is some other aircraft I am not aware about

True statement. I heard engine issues.

42nd annual Space Coast Warbird Airshow (TICO) photos from a mostly overcast Friday and Saturday.
Friday nights show paused for everyone to watch and hear a Delta 4 rocket launch a military satellite at the Cape.
Evening news showed Jet Truck caught fire and burst into flames stopping show for a while Sunday, no injuries.

Great photos! Looked like a fun start to the warbird season.

How was the Legacy Flight? Looked like the Goshawk made a few passes alone, hoping to see the Hornets allowed to stretch their wings at least a little bit at the Legacy shows.

As mentioned above the jet truck caught fire today and burst into flames.
Yesterday the jet truck beat the Warbird Adventure's TP-40 Warhawk in a race.

This from Warbird Adventure's facebook page, make sure the sound is turned on in the bottom of the video.
