Nathan, the aircraft has been reclaimed from the people who claimed ownership and who were operating it for the last 10 years. It has been relocated back to the Washington area. It is currently not flying as it needs an engine and I understand, a load of rework/maintenance. It was, at one time, the only civilian A-4 flying and was the first TA-4 to fly in civilian hands.

158128, N128TA, seen at Alliance A/P, September 2006. It had just been painted in this scheme.

Is this the one that used to be at Boeing Field (hangared at Galvin Flying Service) in the early 90s?

Alliance is near Ft. Worth, TX. If I remember correctly, it had been flown in for the airshow from Mississippi. Story was they had or were trying to get an aggressor contract with the Navy, hence the paint scheme.
