I've still got lots of images to sift through so here's a selection of the shots I've processed so far, in no particular order. Many thanks to everyone who made it another special weekend.

Well done...Well done, I like the Spit flames the best but they are all outstanding shots. Thanks for sharing them...

Sweet Christ, Rob! Those are absolutely jaw dropping... I didn't think you'd top that first shot, but then I got to the Morane in the fog, and the Spit with the stack flames.

If I had managed to shoot any ONE of those, I'd be wetting myself with joy. What camera and lens combo are you using?

Absolutely tremendous work!

Lynn

Thanks for the kind feedback.

Lynn, most of these were taken with a Canon 5D MkII and Canon EF 400mm f4 DO IS L lens.

Lightjug, on the Saturday I was on top of the "fuel bank" at the Western end (airside at the end of the grass runway) and on the second day I was by the side of the taxyway at the Eastern end (with the video cameraman).

HOLY MOLY!!!

Phenomazing!

Rich

PS - So, I guess the chances of me having anything but 3 days of pouring rain at Duxford next year would be what...one in ten hundred gazillion?

I agree with Lynn on the 3 favorites. Love that first shot of the 3 spits.

Outstanding job, nice work.

And a lot of skill, practice and imagination.

Not to mention some useful access... ;)

Good equipment's part of the kit, but good kit won't make a bad photographer good, while a good photographer can do wonders...
