As some of you know Kelly (my wife) and I are starting a whole Bakery. Today we got approval to start! :D :D :D

After months of working on the separate kitchen after work and mounting costs (not really that mounting) the kitchen is done and now Kelly is working on samples to try and get some accounts. It is a very happy day.

Scott
Now I can start working on getting you those disks of my pictures. That is if you have a home yet. :?

Congrats to you and Kelly, if she bakes like she cooks then you are golden. I look forward to my next Albany trip to see the finished bakery as well as take some pictures of your carrier ;)

You can send the disks to my PO box if you want.

Thanks.

Congratulations Tim!

Now the important question: Do WIXers get discounts on day-olds?

:P

I appears that not only have I been recruited to the the WIX Beer man but Kelly is the WIX baker at Airshows in the Greater Northeast.

I think it was Rob and Ryan K that were trying to get A/C cookies made for the next show.

Here is the link to some of the pictures I took of the kitchen as it looks now.
http://community.webshots.com/album/218930328vNVonh

I have several things to finish up but no showstoppers.

Kelly has already got her foot in at a few local spots, hopeful they start buying some more desserts, and several more clients would be nice.

The stove is really nice to brew on also, I can’t wait until the kitchen is mine! 8)
