Just saw this movie and I must say it is quite spectacular. The P-40 sequences are far-fetched but definately fun to watch. (I'm pretty sure the amphibious/submersible features on this P-40 weren't a standard production feature :)

I would heartily suggest this movie but keep in mind logic and realism is somewhat out the window. But it is highly entertaining.

Yes Polly was a PITA, but she looked like trailer trash next to Angelina <drool>

But the P-40 wasn't a P-40. It's got the nose and tail, but not the wings!

And the B-24Js have LB-30 engine nacelles!

The Royal Navy flying platforms are just too nice though...

Or was it the lady commanding it??

B-24A perhaps. Or did they have the nose Turret? Haven't seen the flick yet, I'll probably wait for a rental, as bad CG such as in the trailers really annoys me.

Heh, I was waiting for someone to comment on the P-40. I'm pretty sure the submersability, the retracting propellors and the underwater propulsion system weren't stock either. :)

Heh, Angelina can make any movie better.

If I said B-24J, it's becayse they are Js...

But with the same rounded nacelles as the LB-30.

Who cares about those underwater-faring thingies.
