There is a military surplus shop, either in Yukon or in El Reno, OK.
The guy has a great collection of aircraft control wheels, factory logos, etc., and I am almost sure that he will have what you seek.
Sadly, I do not remember the address, but 100% sure that is located on Rt. 66.
