Point of fact: in November of 1979, Iranians took Americans hostage in three places in Iran. We know about the embassy and the americans that were rescued by the Canadians had their story told in the movie Argo. The third group was employeees of Ross Perot. Ross hired some mercenaries and got his people out of Iran pretty much without incident. So, a couple of years later, Hollywood made a movie called Uncommon Valor. Instead of the movie being about Ross and his people, it was about a millionaire hiring mercenaries to rescue POW's from Vietnam. A feel good movie, but 100% fiction. If you love this kind of thing-nonsensical action, explosions, killing, this is your movie. I only give it two stars out of five.
