This is a GREAT movie that helped launch the careers of Patrick Swayze, C. Thomas Howell, JennniferGrey, Lea Thompson, and Charlie Sheen. Brief synopsis: When Russians and Cubans invade the southwestern U.S., local teens find themselves to be the resistance to the invasion. Right wingers get angry as the Cuban commander tells a subordinate to go to the local gun storebto get a form so that they can track all the gun owners in town. The movie was carefully writttennand well executed. Five stars out of five.
