P-51 "Hells Wheels"

I've recently acquired some photographs taken by an Army photographer during WWII and Korea. One picture I have is of a P-51 (not sure if it's a D or H model) with the moniker "Hells Wheels". The picture was with some photographs of F-80s so I'm guessing it might be Korea, but again it's just a guess. Any help would be appreciated.
