Here is a P-47 that will have to be added to the registry. Its P-47D serial # 42-29150 named "Dottie Mae". It was recovered from the depths of a lake in Austria in 2005 and is currently owned & under restoration by Allied Fighters in Chino,Ca www.alliedfighters.com

Howdy All

Any one out there know the current progress on this rebuild ?
There hasn't been an Allied Fighters News Letter update for some time !
Maybe Jack Cook can fill us in !!!

My second hand understanding is that it is nearly done and will be trucked to Chino for final assembly. Please don't treat this as more than rumor though .
