Category B damage on 23 August 1944 while at No. 16 Service Flying Training School, Hagersville, Ontario. Also served at No. 1 SFTS, Camp Borden, No. 18 SFTS at Gimli, Manitoba, and No. 14 SFTS at Aylmer, Ontario. Converted to Mk. IIR with ATR-11 radio on 2 April 1946. Served post war at No. 1 Flying Training School at RCAF Station Centralia, Ontario.
