Hi
Has anyone ever come across a lifting tool by Allison for pulling cylinder banks?
You read through the Allison manuals and they direct you to a sling with 2 pins that attach either end of the CRM in which you then pull the banks in a vertical position while on a roll-over stand.
The question is raised for work that is required on a motor that is already attached onto a airframe as the weight will be offset if the sling method is to be used.
Was thinking Allison may of made a tool like Rolls Royce did for the Merlin.

Many thanks for any info
Mart
