Seems the Harpoon pool is getting a little deeper....I won't reveal any names, but I will say that the newest Harpoon owner is located a little south of Ontario, Ca. I will let him or someone else do the honors of introducing this person, as I have not been granted the permission....Anyway, this new owner has bought not just one, but two Harpoons! Now I WILL identify the Harpoons though! Number one , is PV-2 15-1037...Navy Bu. No. 37107....N7261C...This is the oldest known existing Harpoon, Ex-Tim Savage...Number two, 15-1432....37466....N6855C. Welcome to Poonerville!

Howdy Gary

Fantastic news !
I was hoping someone would buy the ex Tim Savage PV-2
John Lane did a great job rebuilding this.
Great to hear that someone else is saving more Harpoons

Working on updating the Harpoon registry. Does anybody know the current status of this airframe?

This is what I have so far

Delivered to United States Navy as Bu. 37107.
Brought On Charge: N/A
Struck Off Charge: N/A
Tim Savage, Roanoke, IN, 2001-2004.
Registered as N7261C.
Under restoration to airworthy.
Bruce Graham, Orange, CA, March 6, 2013-2020.

When I passed thru Jerome ID a year ago last November, the Harpoon was tied down a ways from John's shop and it did not appear that anything had been done to it in a while.
