Looks like they were test shots from the prep work to film a morale booster movie. Things are in places that appear to show lots going on, and that workers have just stepped away on lunch or break. Notice that the tool lockers are all locked, the hand carry tool boxes are closed and parts are set for dramatic effect and not really for installation. Several of the photos are from what appears to be a war weary rehab shop. Kleig lights are also visable in a few shots....no way would they be used in a production area, except for filming something.

Based on the antennae attachment on the top of the vertical stab and the engine cowling, these Fw 190's appear to be a mix of A-2 and A-3's. Probably 1941-42 time frame.

Hey Mark-

All but the very last one which you posted are of the initial production series Fw 190A-1 under production at the primary Focke Wulf factory in Bremen in 1941. The A-1 variant carried four MG 17 machine guns and 2 MG-FF drum-fed cannons in the outboard wings; this is immediately identifiable by the simple open aperture of the inboard wing root guns. The Fw 190A-2 introduced the inboard 20mm cannons, whose barrels projected forward of the leading edge. The last pic shows an A-3, likely also at Bremen (fun fact: Focke Wulf built a fairly decent number of Bf 110C-1s, C-2s, and Ds under license for Messerschmitt).
