Wow - that was fast - the F-16 demo was just announced yesterday morning at the ICAS convention.

Wanted to add some info and ideas!

First off on The Green Dot podcast posted yesterday, Stevo said they hope to have the Mosquito at the show.

Besides this I think we can count on seeing Snafu, Thoughts of Midnite, Dottie Mae, and Honey Bunny!

Already looking to be a great show as usual :D

The Me.163 is not listed as a "static replica" - is this REAL, and if so when and from where did they get it?

If you are going off of the Planes of Fame's new website, there are quite a few mistakes on it, including this one reference.

No, it's not real, it's a static replica. It may have a few authentic parts on it, I'm not really sure, but it is definitely not a survivor.

It’s a Hollywood mock-up I doubt it has any original parts

Hoping for plenty of D-Day stripes on the flightline. The Mosquito would be awesome, as would Rod Lewis' A-20. Whilst painted in a Pacific scheme, it would be nice to see the aircraft represent the A-20 Havocs and Bostons that fought in the ninth air force during D-Day.

Sure is! Would be awesome to see it fly with Voodoo if there are any plans of it being present at the show. I'm thinking someone might've bought it and they wanted POF to go through it before taking ownership.

Great! Would love to see some invasion stripes painted over the purple in time for the show :ouch:

Interesting. A friend of mine usually flies one of them. I wonder if he's taking one of the Tennessee P-47's West?

Would always love to see HH or Wabbit! As of now I imagine that wouldn’t be POF’s plan as it seems a bit costly when the Bolt isn’t supposed to be their featured plane. As of right now I’m leaning towards Slattery’s (as it has invasions stripes) and as of recent they’ve typically supported POF’s shows with a plane. Steve also flies stuff at their show so I would bet it’s a nice gesture for them to send a plane to POF for the weekend.
