Can anyone identify the aircraft type that would use this seat?

Build a frame with legs, get an upholstered cushion made, and that would make a very cool desk chair!

It was used in a T6 I bought, but I don't think it was made for Texans.

there seems to be about 6 or 7 different seats in T-6s, early one, late ones, "G" and Canadians
