The images in this collection belong to the "Bob Hoover Legacy Foundation". In addition to digitizing these images, the San Diego Air and Space Museum cares for and manages them.

I know his Mustang is out there...but anyone know if his Aero Commander or Sabreliner has been preserved...I believe he flew several for NAR.

I think the Sabreliner is still flying. Someone was doing aeros in one at Reno in 2013 at any rate (not BH, he was behind me).
