Heard through the grapevine Ex Ted Contri P-51D N51TC Rosalie nosed over at Carson City yesterday . No further word on damage or who was flying. Anyone hear about damage or more info?

A friend at the airport right now confirmed a prop strike.

Prop strike is quite different from a nose over, so thank goodness for that. Hope the damage is minor.

Its still a new blade or two and hopefully the gears in the nose bowl took the bullet for the rest of the engine, right?
