Met Jon on a number of occasions, he was such an avid historian and relic hunter.. My best memory of him is popping into the hangar one evening after hours while I was working on the lanc and he mentioned he was taking some recent bits to storage. I asked if I could take a look and we spent ages in the back of his pickup looking at the various bits and pieces..
