World War II print ads.
These ads abounded during World War II and were used reinforce brand awareness while a company was supporting the war effort instead of being able to provide consumer goods.

The B-17E depicted in this ad, per Dave Osborne's listings:

There was a guy who made t-shirts of several B-17/Cyclone ads for Studebaker fans.
I don't know if he's still active, he used to advertise in the Studebaker Drivers Club magazine.
