Can someone tell me please what aircraft the manufacturer 'Weber' made pilot seats for, specifically labelled "long range aircraft"? The one I've seen is painted olive drab green and is labelled Type E1. It is similar to the B-50 copilot seat but there are differences.

I believe Weber was a subcontractor for many parts to different prime contractors.

A part number for the seat in question would help!

Any 6-digit number beginning with an 8? Otherwise it may be too old to be in the "system."

Got a photo of the data tag? Any other numbers conforming to the above stamped somewhere? Things like armrests and rollers were replaceable.

Glad you figured it out! I was hitting a bunch of dead ends in the databases I have access to.
