Hand written on a piece of metal which comes from around the landing gear well (under a box for electrical wiring) is the inscription "CKS -To Deep. Also Elongated" in red. Any ideas what this might mean?

cheers
Dave

Countersink is too deep for specified fastener. Either the countersink or the hole has been elongated. C'sinking thin material without a good, thicker backing will often result in this problem.
