I saw her in September. Looked like progress was coming along great. My understanding is that she has to be in California "March-ish" so she should be in the air pretty soon.

EAA had her on display during Airventure last July as well. Guaranteed, folks will be sharing her beauty this Spring. Hope they get some caring guys to fly this beauty.

Although I don't have any current news ~ we need Scott Thompson for that ~ I did manage to take some pictures at AirVenture 2005 ~ which can be seen here

I just received an email from the EAA which said Aluminum Overcast will be ready to give rides again by the end of March.
