I managed to paint one side of the tail today, the other will have to wait a couple of days. The person that owns the scissor lift needed it back for some work in his hangar and is probably a good thing. I did not realize how tired, thirsty and hungry I was until I stopped to clean up. If not for that intervention I probably would have overdone it trying to get the opposite side. At that point I almost felt that "The A-26 sucks!" But, it is coming together and rather than looking like a forlorn derlict in the back of the hangar she is now starting to show her beauty. Now if the temps could get out of the 100's for a while.

As my schedule is most likely to take a major change in the next few weeks I have been trying to reach a stopping point that will not appear to leave this airplane abandoned. Today I was able to paint the right side of the fin, touch up the left and peel off all of the masking. There is still some touch up and clean up but tht is manageable in small doses. I wish the resources were available to make her airworthy.
