Sweet! That stock look mustang in the 3rd pic is one of my current favorites. So clean.

Not often you get to see a good shot of lil' ol' Tinker Belle put through her paces - thanks for that!

Thanks from me too. I agree about that clean looking Mustang -- one of my absolute favourite Mustang paint schemes.

I came to the show primarily to see C-46 Tinker Belle and Jon Blanchettes Mig 17PF flown by Randy Ball as that Mig is based 40 mins from me! :D It was a surprise to see a new P-51 to the show-"Mad Max". Was also nice to see a two ship L-39 demo.

Not that many warbirds there this year(or any planes for that matter) and the attendance I thought was really low. But it was a good mix of airplanes and a nice and relaxing Saturday with an enjoyable view of P-51's, F4U-4 Corsair, AN-2 Colt, B-25 Panchito, and C-46 taking to the sky. What other show can you see an odd mix of C-46, Mig 17, and P-51s, along with a rare F4U-4 model? I can't really think of many places.

Nice pictures Bill!

Great photos!

The angle of the second Mustang photo really emphasizes the tall tail.

Great to see the Commando. Hopefully, they flew over Hammandsport(sp?)

I also agree that the 'clean' Mustang looks great.

Oxygen mask being worn by the pilot? I don't recall ever seeing anyone using one for low-level flights in a warbird.

Great photos Bill, thanks for sharing! A very nice selection of aircraft that look impeccably well-cared for.

If I'm not mistaken, Mustang '420 is one that was resident in New Zealand for 10 years or so as "Miss Torque". It never looked that shiny here!
