I will start this little thread off the top of myt head
1. B-29 Doc anytime to be test flown
2. P-38 White 33 anytime to be test flown
3. XP-82 perhaps taking to the air in 2016
4. FHC's ME-262 Original with the correct Jumo engine word is it will fly in 2016
5. FHC's Mosquito down in New Zealand once again rumor mill says should fly in 2016
All in all a banner year for extremely rare types being on the verge of flying in 2016. Anyone else that wants to chime in?

Is this the ex TFC T.III TV959?

Anyone know if the VAM B.35 in BC has flown lately? I know it made an appearance at Abbotsford last year, and there is a video making the rounds on FB of Steve Hinton flying it, including cockpit and air to air shots.

I believe TV959 is correct.

I've only heard of Bob Jenns Mosquito flying last season, even then, only a few times.

This is gonna be a great year, for sure! I'm excited at the prospects!

If we're building a list of this year's candidates, please add GGA's B-26K "Special Kay". She should be flying later this year, after a 5+ year heavy restoration.

These are truly great times in the warbird world!

And don't forget Jim Slattery's combat Vet SBD out at Vulture's Row!

That's fantastic all those WW1, types that you're building down in New Zealand ErrolC, and the engines as well. Wish we did it over in the U.K., but at least I've seen some at the Shuttleworth collection that were done. Amazing stuff.

should be some airframes coming from MeierMotors this year

The Buchon in Chino at PoF is coming along quickly.

all of the airframes from Connie Edwards should be in the pipeline.

6. Collings TF-51D "Toulouse Nuts"
7. Collings F6F-3N Hellcat - Possibly
8. Collings Spitfire IX BR601
9. Jim Slattery's Brewster Corsair at Ezell's
10. Texas Flying Legends Bearcat at Ezell's
11. CAF P-63A in Georgia (The P-63F just flew a couple of weeks ago)
12. MeierMotors Sea Fury, Fiat G.59, Bf109G-6 and G-12

Others I'm not sure about...TFL's P-51C at Aircorps, I believe Fagen has another P-40 and his Helldiver getting closer, Tri-State P-40M. I'm sure I'm missing plenty...probably several Mustangs.

Possibilities to think about:

1) The Coulson Martin Mars is scheduled to fly into Oshkosh (the seaplane base)
2) Maybe the blue Martin Mars might accompany it on it's way to Pensacola for the U.S. Navy.
3) "Doc" will get signed off, receive it's final coat of mirror like polishing and make Oshkosh and several other shows.
4) The recently completed A-20 Havoc will make a few shows
5) The XP-82 might get finished and make a few shows.
6) Tinker Belle is being repainted and will make the airshow circuit.

Then there are all the fighters, trainers, and L-Birds to think about.

Exciting! I hope to see the C-97 flying personally - but being in Utah it might be awhile :(
