At Fon du Lac

Part-time at Fond du Lac. She'll be displayed at Wittman often enough during the week for close examination.

At Fon du Lac

They are running the ride flights out of Fon du Lac, so that they don't have to pay EAA for a vendor's package.

I find the display to be rare on the field....she spends the vast majority of her time at Fond du Lac.

Maybe once we get down to a month away we will get some more hard news.....

Not too exciting recently to see what's here when I get the email that there is a new post.

And yes, sorry I just triggered emails that there is another useless post.....

Announcement on some of the Desert Storm anniversary participants:

http://www.eaa.org/en/airventure/eaa-ai ... r-at-osh16

I hope to see some of these aircraft in the air as they arrive or depart, the Prowler and C-5 in particular.

First I have heard of a required vendor package to fly flights out of Oshkosh. Maybe it has something more to do with the FAA asking us not do make a habit of doing this type of activity?

I have confirmation from ACC that they are NOT sending any F-4's to Oshkosh at this time.

That's a shame. Hope it changes.

But in any case, this year's EAA AirVenture is looking to be an outstanding one and better than average in my humble opinion.

:)

Jim, when I confirmed this, at that time they (ACC) said no. It turns out Elvis has spoken, and you WILL see an F-4 in Oshkosh early in the week given the airplane doesn't break!

The Prowler for sure - my favorite from that list.
