Apparently, Warren Denholm of Avspecs is trying to raise funds via Indiegogo to bring Jerry Yagen's Mosquito to Oshkosh.

The fundraising includes some unique opportunities, including sitting in it during an engine run:

Very cool! Now, what are the chances of a) wheeling out Kermit's to join KA114 on the flightline and 2) getting the Canadian B.35 down too? :supz:

Warbirds in Review schedule is announced. Some added treats include Yankee's B-17, Cavanaugh Corsair, and Fagen's new artwork on their P-38:

Word on the street is that the F-86A will not be attending...anybody else hear the same?

Has Berlin Express been listed? If not, it's part of Warbirds in Review in the link Dan posted. Along with the AHFs Huey and everyone's favorite P-51 Ol Yeller.

The "Heavy Bombers Over Madison" event announced the F-86 appearance there has been scrubbed due to maintenance, so I would assume that rules the Sabre out for Oshkosh as well.

The countdown begins...

Latest addition: Dr. Joe Masessa's Grumman OV-1D Mohawk.

This "Mo-chicken" is extra-special as it now carries the names of all 1636 MIA's and POW's still unaccounted for from the war in Vietnam.

Good on you, Dr. Joe! :drink3:

Live ATC has all their Airventure feeds back up.

http://www.liveatc.net/search/?icao=KOSH

TFL has added their TBM to the rest of the attending troupe.

After a Harrier jump jet demo, the F-4 and F-100 will kick off the Saturday night air show with pre-sunset flights and afterburner passes.

And for those who just can't wait, Camp Scholler opened yesterday for campers!

For anyone who missed it, Warren talked about the Mosquito Oshkosh project on my most recent Wings OverNew Zealand live Show, on Warbird Radio, which you can listen to here:
