Thank you Mark, that is EXACTLY what we were looking for.

I was able to verify the p/n that was provided to me through Boeing recently, and I have already ordered the seals.

Moving forward one step at at time!

Thanks wendovertom, but this issue has been resolved thankfully! We do appreciate your offer, though!

Much appreciation to all here whove helped us out with different things on this project over the years. WIX has always been a fantastic resource for me.

Kevin,

Are you guys close enough to guess when she'll be flying again?

Running.... yes a few weeks.

Flight? No, not really. Its soon, that's for sure. But there's FAA paperwork to do, a little more crew training, stuff like that.

Springtime?

All this is barring any mechanical issues.

My best guess...

This news excites the painful anticipation of getting the Angel back in the Sky!

Now, getting her to the local airshow this coming summer may be a bit difficult given the 4695ft turf runway and the ever present real-life logistics that happen to harpoon dreams, but the C-54 has been there before (looking great as always).

I'd send a PM but the notifications usually don't work. Kevin, please contact me at greg @ aviationatwar.com regarding the C-97.
