Buskø. A confusing and dubious episode showing how often the 'two sides' of war can be much more complex.
At this stage Norway had been invaded and a puppet government set up so the
country technically was allied with the Axis powers, though with the king, and his existing government in exile, being recognised as the legitimate leadership of the country, with free forces and a resistance fighting on the side of the Allies.

Sorry, quite right. There were some famous ships called
Norge, but these are national markings on SS
Buskø - obviously didn't work.
