I came across this on one of the control-line modeling forums. Does anyone know any details?

It's your run of the mill, clipped wing Spitfire Vb. There are numerous photos of Spit Vs with multiple exhaust stacks. Just cause it has 6 instead of the usual 3, doesn't make it a Merlin 60 series engined Spit.

The Spit in the photo looks beat up enough it's probably one used for maintenence training, ground instruction etc.

Definately a clipped Vb though
