Some seriously beautiful work there Scott.
Thanks for taking time to post.

As for the lines, I'm going to say that they are for formation flying reference points.
There is no way in He!! that my cat would put up with a pony though, so thanks anyway.

Andy

A long year plus and a great job by Heritage Aero in Rockford, IL, Cliff Wilewski, Clint Bradley, and the crew. Be proud Team! Most of all, congratulations to our own T33driver, Paul Keppeler! :drink3: (might be a new handle coming...T33Sabredriver)

I'll have to see if I can get a refund on both my flight to OSH and the returning of all my gear ....

Image
If only you guys would have spent just one more week extending the fuselage. How difficult could that have been ... geez!

Image
Would have been cool to drive up in front of everyone at OSH Paul. Guess that won't happen now.

Image
I looked really good in the mirror at home Paul. Guess that was all a waste of time

Image
I bought new flight sun glasses too, oh well, hope they still look good on me in a Cessna 150

Image
Looks good doesn't it Paul, well I guess you'll never know as it seems you were only thinking about yourself and not others

Image
Yep! a shame indeed :(

Image
Guess i'll just "dare to dream" :(

What could have been ....

Lovely airplane Scott and Paul. Beautiful scheme and she couldn't be in better hands. Very proud to see you guys at OSH and shake your hands on a job well done.

A friend of mine's Dad was a test pilot on that project. Said it was a POS and needed to be dumped. They were pretty brave back then so to give up says a lot. Must have been a shipox. 8)
