navy carrier crewmen sure had the quick reflexes as shutterbugs to shoot some fantastic sequenced prangs & crashes in such meticulously timed fashion.

or - in such a pressure-cooker workplace, photographic evidence of what can go wrong was a desirable training aid and the
motor-drive was taken up earlier?
