At the Key forum a local said she taxied for 15min or so before the winds got too tough, they were hoping for tomorrow but apparently the weather isn't too good.

I read it that it taxied for about 15 minutes and then went back to the hangar. No mention of winds. It may well have been weather-related, on the other hand there could have been something that Steve wasn't happy with.

A friend of mine was there watching, and said they'd encountered a technical snag.

He thought it was something that might take a day or two to fix.

Yes, has flown, around 15 mins, gear down after a problem cycling the port leg.
