Looking for information on Warrant Officer 2nd class S. R. J. McLeod from Alexandria, Virginia.
Enlisted in the RCAF in 1941 and flew P-40 Kittyhawks in defense of Alaska with RCAF No. 111 Squadron 1942/43.
Went to Europe where he flew Typhoons until the end of the War.

Anyone?

Cheers,

Tom Walsh.

Tom,

I can only assume you've already spent time searching here (which includes several pics and anecdotes of "Red"):

Triangle P - Yes, I am trying to track his whereabouts post War. It sure would help if anyone knew what the initials S. R. J. stood for.

Dan K - Thanks, I did see the No. 111 Squadron references. Thats where it ground to a halt.

Cheers,

Tom Walsh.
