Excellent work, have one question however. Understand the structure could be re-made but what about the hard parts? Things like motors, pumps, guages, engines. Is there a decent supply of rebuildable or usable items?

Thanks for the link and the update Ray.

Some great progress on such an ambitious project. Your standard of craftsmanship looks top notch!

Does "Hang the expense" have his little Christmas "press"ent up and running yet?

Are there any recent updates coming out of the South Carolina and Georgia B-17 factories?

Ray's work is incredibly impressive. We talked many years ago about what he planned to do. He is a soft spoken gentleman who lets his work speak for him, and anyone familiar with the complexity of what he was attempting would be naturally skeptical about his project. However, look at the photos of what he is doing and the care with which he is doing it. Interesting stuff.

Ray also updated that he is rebuilding the tail section of Liberty Belle for the Liberty Foundation over in Georgia. That is another interesting project altogether.

How are the bulkhead parts formed? I understand the fuselage is just a circle and rolling equipment can be used.

Well.
It's plain to see that Ray is the kind of guy who spends a lot more time working magic in his shop, than he does mucking about on the internet.
Some absolutely beautiful craftsmanship.
Thanks for the link to the update.

I can dream of the day, when all of the Forts that Ray has worked on and contributed to, fly together as the Ray Moore squadron!

Well done sir!
