I would say that in about 10 years it along with all the other WW2 gate guards out there will be scrapped.

Scott: On your movie list, don't forget about "Passage to Marseille" with Humphrey Bogart. The movie starts with a night raid of supposedly British B-17s (possibly E models?), it then flashes back through the whole story, and then returns to the present when the Fortresses return to base. The Fortress had the radio call "V 4 Victor", which of course, was a not so subtle analogy for "V for Victory".

I haven't seen the movie in quite some time, but it would be interesting to see which Fortresses were involved.
