Hopefully he'll get his PT-19 back from Hood River. Jeff should have the Staggerwing done
and be well along with the Eaglerock. He supposed to test fly the Taperwing today!

Hi Jack

Was that the PT restored by Jack LaBounty back in the late 80's early 90's. I have been looking for his phone number for some time now. I think that PT was for sale on Barnstormers a few months ago.

I'll post more photos later...learning how to rivet today, we are overhauling an AT-6 canopy. The wing is the FW190 from White 1...note the "floating ribs"...odd way to build a wing.

Great shots Rick! wish I could make it up there...i'd really like to push getting everything there one year...everything, if you know what I mean. Today we took apart the canopy to "texan 1", as it is in need of an overhaul. Learned how to shoot rivets today...well atleast got a lesson. New glass is in the works and should go back together tomorrow.

Isn't that when they put way too much BBQ sauce on them ?
