Catch 22 and traded to the NMUSAF for a B-17G..probably clear title for the Tallmantz B-17 that soon went to Burchinal and is now with Weeks..it's in storage after being wrecked by Hurrican Andrew in 1992. I happened to see it at that time and it was blown quite a distance from its tie down and ended up in some brush/woods.
While at SOS, I used to run past the B-25 and 52 every day. Had to watch my head around the 52...I didn't want to pith myself on an antenna.
BTW: Is the O-1 still there?
